Tasting Notes
A Mountain Man’s Malbec. Perfect with grilled tender free-range
beef. He’ll buck a bit at first from start to finish upon a bed of
mineral rock and fine-edgy tannins so, just open the gate and let
‘em breathe the fresh mountain air a spell and he’ll settle down to
reward you with wild huckleberry, wild blackberry, orchard plum and
cassis, on a very thin layer of pepper spice upon a sun bleached,
dusty split-rail cedar fence. After a while you’ll even catch a
whiff of the distantly brewing cowboy coffee. The perfect wine for
