Tasting Notes
Aromas: Dark chocolate, mixed red berries, rose petal, applewood
smoke, thyme, & lavender.
This wine’s versatile, spicy, dark Bing cherry and bitter chocolate
flavors make this Merlot perfect for drinking on the patio during
chilly late summer and fall nights. Its lush, mouthwatering acidity
and medium to full-bodied structure pair well with hearty meats and
gamebirds with rich, glistening sauces, creamy squash soups, tomato
bisque, and triple creme cheeses.
